Quinoa is not the smartest cat in the world, its confused about almost everything and doesn't have a very good memory. They want to cause all sorts of chaos, yet they always fail to do so. They love making new friends since Kixes never talks to it, but they're very oblivious to being manipulated and they end up feeling upset whenever someone lies to them. Its memory is slowly being restored, and their relearning their experiences in Synth City so they can please Kixes. Overall just a silly little fella who will never get to remember their horrible past actions, they're just looking for some knowledge from anyone at this point.
